തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കടുത്ത വൈദ്യുതി നിയന്ത്രണം മൂലം ജനങ്ങൾ നട്ടം തിരിയവേ, പ്രതിസന്ധി ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യാൻ ഇന്ന് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് ഉന്നത തല യോഗം ചേരും. മന്ത്രി സണ്ണി ജോസഫിന്‍റെ ചേംബറിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്കാണ് യോഗം.

കെഎസ്ഇബി ചെയര്‍മാൻ, ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവരടക്കം യോഗത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കും. കടുത്ത വേനലിലെ വര്‍ധിച്ച ആവശ്യകത മുന്നിൽ കണ്ട് വേണ്ടത്ര മുന്നൊരുക്കം നടത്തുന്നതിൽ സര്‍ക്കാരിനും ബോര്‍ഡിനും വലിയ വീഴ്ച സംഭവിച്ചെന്ന വിമര്‍ശനം ഉയര്‍ന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ കൂടിയാണ് യോഗം ചേരുന്നത്.

മഴയില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ചൂട് കൂടുതലാണ്. കണക്ക് കൂട്ടിയതിനെക്കാള്‍ വൈദ്യുതി ആവശ്യവും ഉയരെയാണ്. മഴ കാരണം കൽക്കരിയില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഉത്തരേന്ത്യയിൽ വൈദ്യുതോൽപാദനം കുറഞ്ഞു. കെഎസ്ഇബിക്ക് പീക്ക് സമയത്തേയ്ക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുറപ്പിച്ച ഹ്രസ്വകാല കരാറുമില്ല.

എല്ലാം കൂടി ആയപ്പോള്‍ ഒന്നിലധികം തവണ കറന്‍റ് കട്ടായി. കൽക്കരി ക്ഷാമം കാരണം കേന്ദ്രവിഹിതം കുറഞ്ഞു. തെക്കേ ഇന്ത്യൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ഉയര്‍ന്ന ആവശ്യകത ആയതിനാൽ പവര്‍ എക്സേഞ്ചിലും വൈദ്യുതി കിട്ടാനില്ല. ഉള്ളതിന് ഉയര്‍ന്ന വിലയുമാണ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതും.
